Shane Clark leads the Governing Board as Navigator Academy of Leadership's Board Chair. With 23 years of experience in education, 4 of which was spent as a charter school administrator, Mr. Clark offers the guidance and experience necessary to steer the school to success. Mr. Clark is currently working as a life group pastor where he is able to unify his two passions: education and ministry.

Diane LaFrance is an Assistant Professor of Education at Florida Southern College. Prior to joining the faculty at Florida Southern College, she was an instructor at Georgia Southern University and was a teacher and administrator in both public and private K-8 schools in Hillsborough County. She has spent the last 25 years of her life in education.
She believes all students are capable of learning. While, they all do not learn at the same rate, with different methods and strategies it is possible. She believes that it is our job to prepare students to be successful in society.
Diane enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and son and daughter. She also enjoys reading and cooking.
Jesse Price was born in Melbourne, Florida and joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating High School. While honorably servicing for twenty and a half years, he obtained an undergraduate degree in Human Development and a graduate degree in Human Behavior. He is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Upon retiring from active duty, he completed a Civil Service career providing active duty Marines and their families with Mental Health services and support for over eighteen years, retiring as Director of the Substance Abuse Counseling Center aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar (San Diego, CA). Mr. Price is an internationally certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Life Coach, and ordained Christian Minister. Mr. Price has a passion for helping families become whole and healthy spiritually, mentally, educationally, and socially..
Manny Delgado joined Navigator Academy of Leadership, Inc. with experience in business, finance, facilities management and engineering.
His wife is a retired teacher from Polk County Public Schools. As a Polk County resident, he is very involved in his community and plans on continuing this even after retiring from his 19+ years at Rooms To Go as the Vice President of Facilities Engineering.
